Carryless is a free, open-source outdoor gear catalog and pack planner created and maintained by Serac Alpine Gear. The service allows users to:

• Catalog outdoor gear with weights, categories, and notes
• Create and organize packs for different trips
• Analyze weight distribution by category
• Share packs publicly with other users

3. Free Service and Open Source

Carryless is provided free of charge under the MIT License. The source code is available at GitHub. We are committed to keeping this service free forever.

4. Funding Model

This service operates entirely on voluntary donations to Serac Alpine Gear. We do not sell user data, display advertisements, or generate revenue through any other means. Donations help cover infrastructure costs and development time.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of Carryless, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Use the service in accordance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to compromise the security of the service
• Respect other users when sharing public content
• Not use the service for commercial purposes without explicit permission
